Start with space, not speed
Blood Magic expands vertically and horizontally. Give the altar a dedicated room or platform with clear space around it so later rune rings do not force a rebuild. Keep storage, food, and a recovery area close enough to use while crafting, but leave the altar itself uncluttered.
Treat LP like a production resource
The altar is not only a crafting station; it is a resource buffer. Early progression feels smoother when you separate “generate LP” from “spend LP.” Fill the altar deliberately, then process slates or other progression items in batches instead of repeatedly stopping halfway through a craft.
Your first checkpoint
Once you can create the early slates and your first orb-tier progression item, pause and organize. Label a chest for altar components, one for runes, and one for utility items. This small step pays off as the mod branches into Will, sigils, rituals, and alchemy.
